In previous years, he ran his own real estate agency, gaining extensive knowledge of the market and customer needs. He was vice-chairman of the Długołęka commune council. At that time, he was also Vice-President and later President of the Local Action Group supported by the LEADER program. Currently, he is the President of the Lower Silesian State and Volunteer Fire Department Foundation. Experience and long-term cooperation with the public and private sectors make Ryszard a valued advisor. Additionally, for many years he sat on the Creditors' Council of the trustee, which further enriched his experience in managing complex legal and economic processes in the field of real estate.
